Our service technicians work directly at the customer's depot or holding yard, handling both urgent and preventive maintenance. Our technicians have fully equipped service vehicles. TRINT manages every assignment as a unique project, coordinated and planned around each customer's specific needs and conditions. For TRINT, it's a given that every completed measure is documented in detail, for the customer's peace of mind and traceability.
We work with the vehicles across their entire lifecycle – from vehicle delivery to daily operations, with both planned maintenance and urgent call-outs. The work takes place directly at the customer's depot or holding yard, with fully equipped service vehicles and technicians close to the operation. Every assignment is led and coordinated internally by TRINT, for a consistent and quality-assured way of working.
TRINT works both directly with operators and as an aftermarket partner to selected OEMs, which gives us a unique position in the value chain – we understand both the manufacturers' requirements for quality and documentation, and the operators' need for high availability and operational reliability. We always adapt our work to each operator's schedule and traffic planning, so that maintenance supports traffic instead of disrupting it.
TRINT is also the solution when a workshop has fallen behind on its planned maintenance and needs extra capacity fast, for example due to staff shortages or seasonal peaks. Unlike traditional staffing solutions, we don't supply loosely contracted personnel, but a complete, skilled service team with its own team leadership, documentation and quality accountability – a more professional alternative when you need to work down a maintenance backlog without compromising on traceability or safety.
PDI work typically covering minor modifications, installation of customer-specific equipment, inspection and preparing vehicles for service according to an agreed checklist.
Troubleshooting and repair of vehicles that are out of service — we respond quickly when a vehicle has broken down and needs to get back into traffic.
Preventive maintenance – such as battery or cell replacements, or larger planned maintenance of the vehicle's drivetrain or peripheral equipment.
Installation, troubleshooting and repair of onboard systems – including updates and calibration.
Planning and execution of campaign work and warranty cases on behalf of OEM or operator, with full documentation and according to an agreed schedule.
Periodic inspection and service of the vehicle's AC system, auxiliary heaters, alcolocks, fire suppression systems, tachographs and other add-on equipment critical to vehicle operation. Carried out as one-off interventions or as regular maintenance within a service agreement.
High voltage, battery management, charging infrastructure, onboard systems — electric vehicles have different components, different failure patterns and require different expertise than diesel vehicles. Our technicians are high-voltage trained and qualified in electric vehicles, always work with the right protective equipment and strict safety procedures, and have experience with the most common makes in the Nordic market.
A professional service partner for the vehicle's critical auxiliary systems – instead of multiple local workshops and providers. Periodic inspection, troubleshooting and repair, often requiring special certification or specialist equipment, carried out on site where the vehicles are and always well documented.
The model was developed in the Swedish electric bus industry, where traditional workshops weren't enough. The same need now exists in other commercial vehicle categories, and we take on new assignments on the same depot-based terms.
Our established base. Tendered city and regional traffic across Sweden, and now Norway. Tourist coaches are a natural next step.
A growing segment where we take on new assignments from hauliers and operators electrifying their fleets.
Construction machinery and mining vehicles being electrified. Same high-voltage expertise, same model. The work happens where the machines stand.
We come out to your depot or holding area and integrate into your workflow. The team lead checks in daily with your operations team about which vehicles are available and when they're needed back. Work is planned around that.
Our technicians are high-voltage trained (qualified in electric vehicles) with long experience of heavy vehicles. We invest continuously in training and tools for the most common makes in the Nordic market: from electric buses to electric trucks.
All documentation is kept in your system or ours: fully traceable, available for your quality follow-up and for OEMs in warranty cases.
Knowledge that only lives in individual technicians' heads is fragile. We systematise what we learn in the field and turn our experience maintaining commercial electric vehicles into structures the whole organisation benefits from – it's why customers choose to have us in their depot.
Tell us about your fleet and depot. We'll come back with a concrete plan for service collaboration.
